The Blogging horror continued till the next day. After cleaning everything it appeared that now things are back in controll but unfortunately they were not. The code was so dangerous that it was getting injected again and again at the run time .
Thanks to the entire Host Gator Team who helped us to remove this from the root directory. And then we cleaned all the infected files. In this process we learned so many great things that hopefully in future we would not be under attack so easily. The major finding that came home are : the Open Source technologies are a serious Threat if You use them with the default settings, S one should never use them with there default settings. Always take help from some tech guy to do those things for You.
